Historic Pierre Biane Winery

Impressions Gourmet Catering proudly presents the historical Pierre Biane Winery.

At the foot of our Southern California Mountains and stretching west to the Pacific Ocean, lies a land rich in romantic heritage. An integral part of this history in, and around Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga were the many acres of vineyards whose grapes produced wines which supported the newly created wineries, now renowned throughout the world. Most of these wineries were shut down and abandoned during the days of prohibition. However, a few were legally converted into making a "wine elixir", such as the Pierre Biane Winery, currently owned and operated by one of the oldest, continuous wine making families in California; the Baine Family.

Impressions Gourmet Catering proudly presents the historical Pierre Biane Winery. Though the winery no longer produces wine, Impressions has prepared this picturesque historical winery for your weddings, receptions, and special events, available for any size group you choose to host.

Outdoors, there is a beautiful wisteria covered arbor, perfect for your intimate wedding ceremony. Accompanied by a spacious lawn area, complete with barbecue and accommodations for up to 1000 guests, the Pierre Biane Winery is perfect for any al fresco affair.

Combined with the ambiance of the outdoors, the winery also offers an indoor banquet facility, more formally known as The Wine Store. With accommodations for up to 200 guests, The Wine Store is full of romance and charm. Grapes and vines draped with tea lights adorn the rustic props and pictures, which accent the dark woods of the winery's interior. A solid wood bar that was once used primarily for wine tasting and still remains in the winery today, is only one of the many authentic winery features that will enhance the atmosphere on your special day.

For booking information, or for an appointment to see the winery, please contact an Impressions Representative at the above.

Andrew Carnegie Historical Cultural Center

The Carnegie Library, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, was completed in 1913, with a $10,000 grant from the Andrew Carnegie foundation. The City of Upland contributed $4,000 for books and furnishings. This was the last of four Carnegie libraries built in San Bernardino County and one of two remaining today.

The rehabilitation of Upland's 5400 sq. ft. Carnegie building has created a modern facility in an historic building. The interior of the Carnegie building has been redesigned to accommodate a wide variety of public and private events in a beautifully restored setting.

This historical building has been recently renovated for wide variety of occasions. The elegant 1913 style interior of the great hall provides a beautiful venue for weddings receptions, fund-raisers, cocktail and dinner parties.

The outside hosts a lovely garden area especially designed for wedding ceremonies, teas and brunches.

This venue holds up to 95 guests.
